The Bruins have struggled lately scoring points due to the fact they have key players like Jackson McBride and Ryan Vandenbos, who produce most of their points, out due to injuries.
The team is struggling with scoring but keeping the games close with great defense by Kade Hernandez and Preston Madsen. The duo keeps most goals and balls out, but the struggle comes from the upfield. The points aren't there; you can't win games scoring 0 points.
The same went for football—they had a good defense but an offense that couldn’t score. We have a great soccer team and a chance to make a run at state; they just need to take it from the top and figure out how to win in close situations.
Remember, the Bruins still have a long season to go, and we remain optimistic.
