Time has been an important factor in our society since the Earth was created. Keeping track of how long and how much you have been around has been essential to us since we were even babies. As inventions kept along the timeline of the world, and contraptions to tell time were becoming more innovative, soon enough, we get ‘watches’. The wristwatch was invented in 1923 by John Harwood and has been a great item to have at all times. Why?

Telling the time helps us in our everyday lives in many different occasions. At school, at work, and even at home. Most people would even find it uncomfortable not to wear a watch. It soon becomes an ongoing thing that you do constantly. Making sure you’re on time to meetings, gatherings, and foot doctor appointments. These kind of things can also be linked to school. Which is how this relates to Mountain View.
It’s difficult to know the time in a classroom with no clocks. Due to most classes with the banning of cell phones, it’s impossible to tell the time. Of course, most students can just wait and be patient in order to know what time they need to leave the classrooms. But this causes discomfort to students, and often times students get in trouble or even have their devices taken away when they need take a glimpse of the time. So how do we fix this problem? Watches. Buy yourself a watch, save yourself some trouble and live life to the fullest. Amen.
