-Attention Students. We had a flyer left over from our Tri- high school scholarship night and wanted you to know that if you are interested in obtaining those scholarship sources information you can stop by our counseling office and pick those up.
-Attention all junior girls: Girls state this year will be from June 6th-11th at Weber State University in Ogden. You'll have the opportunity to get hands on workshops on democracy and government. If you are interested and want more information come pick it up at the counseling office.
-Attention juniors! the Bezos scholars program is accepting applications for a leadership development opportunity. It will kick off with an all expense paid scholarship to Aspen Ideas Festival. For more information come and pick up a flyer at the counseling office.

-Hey bruins! All you crazy love birds out there can buy some roses. We will be selling them during lunch for the next two weeks, so come and buy some! They will be delivered during B2 on Friday February 12th, so get into your lovey dovey valentine's day spirit and come buy some. Roses will have a coupon attached for you to go to some of your favorite places.
-If you are interested in playing baseball this year come to the main gym every day at 6:00.
-All students are invited to come play in the first annual DODGEBALL TOURNAMENT hosted by Mountain view men's soccer. Know a soccer player? Ask them about their team and come play February 5th. 6 players per team, coed tournament. Boys and girls, support MV soccer and join a team. Registration forms are in the front office.
-Hey bruins, want to see more winter sports in the yearbook? Send your skiing, snowboarding, gymnastics, and hockey pictures to firstname.lastname@example.org to be featured! Don't forget to buy a year book this year bruins only $65!
-Mr. Mountain view will be held Friday, February 12th at 2:30 in the auditorium. Come to see who will win! Show up!
-The library is holding it's 2nd annual ugly book contest! All you have to do is find what book you think is the ugliest, most unattractive book in the library. You have until Friday February 5th to enter the contest. Students will be able to vote next week for the winner! Winner will receive a giant bag of candy. Stop by the library for more details.
-Baseball tryouts are February 29th and March 1st at 2:30 in the main gym. For the baseball fundraiser bring any unwanted clothes to the bins placed around the school. The clothes will be taken to Africa for people there in need. Support your baseball team and bring some clothes!
-Math club will be having a meeting Thursday February 11th in Mrs. Hulets room, 229, after school. Come for food, fun, and to hear about and help plan our upcoming activities. Oh and of course some math.

Lethia Tuimaseve by Mr. Criman: Lethia served the first quarter as the school technical director over the auditorium, helped teach all of the techies how to use the equipment, and was the stage manager for Oklahoma. She is also one of the top-ranked track athletes in the state..yet she is too humble to brag about it!
